After quite a while of contemplating producing a series of podcasts, the first effort is well under way.
The podcasts will be quite basic at first, and the subject topic is simply on football. Whilst not the most interesting or educational topic of all, it is something I am interested in and am very knowledgeable out...as well as being a subject that does have a wide appeal.
A set format has been produced for the podcasts, which will be subject to change, but initially the format is going to be stuck to.
As way or recording, the audio will be captures using a USB microphone directly onto the PC, as for additional audio, this will be captured using a digital Dictaphone.
The software used mainly for the podcasts will be Sony Sound Forge 9.0, other software used will be Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 and Adobe Premier Pro 3.0.
Along with being an interesting venture to undertake, the production of these podcasts will make me more familiar with the audio side of multimedia, and will allow me to gain more knowledge into the software used.
