Whilst the story is remaining the same for all three artefacts, whilst using different recording equipment, artefact: two is going to vary in content.
Not only is this artefact based on the content of news from the late 1980s early 1990s, but due to the S-VHS camera used for artefact:one and the temperamental working situation of that camera, the new camera used will allow different shots to be filmed.....whilst the news story remains the same!!
Scene One:
From inside looking out of the window where we see rain soaked windows, cut to curtains bring closed.
VO: “The hazardous weather situation in Nottingham has meant that the Mayor has had to issue a stay at home warning to all local residents”
Scene Two:
A shot of the Mayor, who is holding an umbrella looking very annoyed / worried looking around.
Mayor: “We fortunately were aware that the extreme weather conditions were on their way, and we have done as much as we could to limit the damages that may occur.”

Scene Three:
A shot of the outside, cut to another shot of the path and emptiness of the park, with no people.
VO: “Whilst this situation has become unavoidable, the residents in the area have little choice but to wait till the weather improves for a sustained period of time”
Scene Four:
A shot of local worker who is sitting in chair in living room reading paper, cut to shot of local worker standing looking out of the window.
VO: “Local worker Kevin has not been out of his house for three days and has not been allowed able to continue his regular working life”
Scene Five:
Interview with local worker Kevin, mid-range shot of Kevin standing whilst talking to the ‘interviewer’ just to the right of the camera, who MIGHT have a microphone
Kevin: “It’s frustrating, but in times like these you just need the weather to improve so we all can get back to our regular everyday lives”

Scene Six:
A shot of Kevin walking in lounge with bag of food, cut to shot of Kevin placing tinned food in cupboard
VO: “Local residents were told to stock up on essential foods last week with the predicted weather on its way”
Scene Seven:
Slow zooming out shot of Kevin sitting in armchair, staring at the wall looking frustrated and bored.
VO “With no forecast of the extreme weather to stop, all local residents can do now is sit and wait, hoping that their normal lives will resume soon”
